Our Client, The RocketLounge (TRL), is the first tech incubator and accelerator in Southwest Florida. TRL provides various courses and programs, events, mentorship and investors to startups and international tech companies expanding into the US market.

As a startup business incubator, our Client required a comprehensive customer relationship management system (CRM) for four main reasons. The first reason was to organize their diverse ecosystem. The Client needed a way to record and classify the many organizations and individuals within their complex community.

 

Once classified, the Client needed a way to effectively manage these groups’ needs, as well as communicate customized messages. The third reason the Client required a CRM was to organize and execute their many events. Finally, the Client desired a CRM to track and manage their services. All of these functions were imperative to the Client’s success and thus HyperTeam was asked to implement the HyperTeam CRM.

Our Client, Healthcare Coding & Consulting Services (HCCS), is one of the country's premier providers of remote coding services.

 

For several years, our Client searched for an updated time tracking solution for remote employees. This upgraded solution was critical, because changes in HIPPA regulations were soon requiring that employee wages be calculated by the hour, rather than by the job. Thus, our Client needed a solution that could accurately and reliably track employee work hours. Unfortunately, they struggled to find a product that worked in their SharePoint environment. HyperTeam was therefore hired to develop an application. This customized solution needed to be accessible from anywhere, serve a large number of users, generate reports, span over multiple time zones, scale easily, comply with regulations from multiple states, and integrate with existing applications.

Our Client, ArgoTrak Inc., delivers a variety of GPS tracking solutions and distributes GPS tracking hardware.  

The Client was reliant on a paper based sales process that was time-consuming, required a great deal of resources, and had little flexibility. This sales process lacked an easily accessible and centralized location for all of their data, which often made it difficult to organize, share, track, and manage information. Additionally, all opportunities and orders triggered a complex process that required participation from a variety of departments. To coordinate and complete this process, the Client used paper checklists and assigned tasks verbally or through email. Overall, although their paper based system had worked in the past, the Client’s rapidly growing business now demanded a high tech solution from HyperTeam.

Our client is the subsidiary of a leading technical services provider. Its main activities include technical investigations, controls, supervisions and certification procedures.

The parent company was Microsoft based, while our client was still using a Lotus based system. The primary goal was therefore to help our client integrate their systems with the parent company by implementing SharePoint based solutions in place of their Lotus based system.

 

Our client was looking for a reliable SP partner to assess the professional collaboration between the supplier and the company with the help of a pilot system. This assessment needed to be implemented through defined dimensions, so the client chose to implement our Complaint Handling System.

Our client is a large Insurance company that specializes in life and insurance properties. It has several subsidiaries, which require a multi- faceted approach. 

 

The primary goal of the project was to develop the basic infrastructure of Microsoft SharePoint 2010. Another task was to develop an MS SharePoint based “intranet portal” framework that would support collaboration. This unique platform provides organizations with advanced functionalities  in a cost effective way.
