RAIN OR SHINE WE LUNCH AND LEARN!
Thank you to everyone who braved the rain to attended this month’s Lunch and Learn! We understand that our clients, partners and friends are all extremely busy (especially during season), so we couldn’t be more appreciative that so many took time out of their hectic schedules to join us! It was truly wonderful to have so many industry leaders in the same room, all enthusiastically participating in our discussion on customer relationship management.
So what does CRM mean to you? And why are CRMs so important?
CRM is important because – and this is a fact – 73% of companies have no process for re-engaging and nurturing their leads after a sale. That’s a big deal, because the odds of selling to a new prospect are only between 5%-20%, whereas the probability of selling to an existing customer is between 60-70%. That means a great deal of sales could be a no brainer, IF your business has a system that can help you follow through on your process. Well, that’s where CRM comes in!
CRM is not just a system – it’s a philosophy
Although many think CRM is just software, it’s actually so much more than that. CRM is a philosophy and a strategy that centers around building better customer relationships. CRM software gives your business the best possible understanding of your customer and your customer’s experience with your business - from sales to marketing to customer service.
CRM helps gather important business intelligence and even identifies potential leads
Whether you need to review buying history, view demographics or send an email campaign, customer analysis from CRM helps you sell, up-sell, retain existing customers and even attract new ones. Ultimately, CRM allows you to view and analyze your data quickly, efficiently and accurately.
And more. CRM centralizes and protects your vital customer data
If, like most businesses, you are juggling customer data between a number of spreadsheets, Word documents and notepad files, you are at risk of losing critical business data. And this loss could happen at anytime. Well, CRM helps you protect this data by putting it all in one secure and centralized location that’s easily accessible anywhere, anytime in the Cloud!
CRM is becoming more and more important
Gartner predicts CRM usage increasing 15% through 2017. Next year, more than 50% of all CRM deployments will be Cloud based. And by 2025, that percentage will rise to 80-85%. That’s a WOW number!
