Process management support for the project named Modernizing Value Chain Supporting Background Processess of MÁV CARGO Ltd. (Hungarian State Railways )Hyperteam Ltd was asked by MÁV CARGO Ltd. to provide methodology and informatics support for their BPR project started at the end of 2005.Within the project – with using the instruments of H3 operating development methodology – the experts of Hyperteam performed the moderation and processing of the results.

Alba Volán Ltd.
Developing an application on a Lotus Notes technology base, which supports the Alba Volán collegues working on quality management. This application makes the entire and updated quality assurance documentation available for the employees of the company.
