Creating specification of requirements previous to system implementation
Have you ever experienced after an IT system implementation that the functionality of the system doesn’t meet the requirements in full, the users are not satisfied with the software or the support for operation is not sufficient?
We are convinced that for a successful IT system implementation the following premises are essential:
- Overall survey of requirements before implementation
- Documentation of the concerned operation processes indicating the necessary IT support.
Based on the above a functional and a system requirement specification should be created that contains the list of requirements concerning the system that will be implemented.
