Setting up the strategic indicator system

Strategy Management – beyond strategic planning tasks – provides solution for the measurement of achieving objectives by setting up an indicator system. For this purpose in all levels (from organizational level to individual level) we assign indicators to targets and we determine its features (attribute set). In order to make the indicator system completed, we define the policies of data management (collection and evaluation of source data, planning, realizing and monitoring of interventions).
